I almost didn't make an appointment with this office location because of commentary on yelp and a few on google. I am very happy that I did make the appointment, staff was very welcoming and provided me detailed information about the upcoming treatment. Dr. Caire (Dentist) provided a complete exam for the treatment I was seeking and provided his professional opinion in lay terms to ensure my understanding of the procedure. I’ve been getting treatments done here for my Invisalign here and I love it. The staff here have made sure all of my dental needs are met & more. After check-in, Constance usually is the first person I see. After that, Emma does the checks for my Invisalign, adds/adjusts any stumps that may have fallen off and makes sure I’m on track. Both of them truly care about their patients & they create such a positive atmosphere for me. Every 5 months, when I get teeth cleaning, Lillian does them and she is amazing. From the time I go in, until the time I leave, these 3 amazing employees make sure I’m well taken care of! More

AMAZING!!!!! This was my first time coming to this office and first time in a LONG time going back to a dentist. I already had major anxiety about going in due to the poor health of my teeth (embarrassed) and the painful sensitivity that was associated with it. The staff was GREAT and right away noticed how nervous I was. They assured me that I would be taken care of and were very knowledgeable. Dr. Ronald Caire, his hygienist and their team went to work right away and came up with a plan that worked for my low pain tolerance and sensitivity. Dr. Ronald Caire took great care of me and gave me back something I didn't have before. CONFIDENCE!!!! When he handed me the mirror I couldn't believe it. I cried because I was so happy. They all did such a beautiful job. I won't go anywhere else and I promise you won't either! If anyone is on the fence about what dentist to go to, stop searching and come here! You will not be disappointed. More

The office is truly amazing! They really worked me though the whole process. The receptionist were really nice and open about payment, about appointments and reassured me as well. The dentist Dr.Claire was really funny! They do a good job of working a patient throughout the entire process of fillings and any extensive dental work. The assistant was also super sweet and funny. She did great at making conversation and just calming me down overall and giving me the best options for my dental work. Thanks to her recommendation I was able to get all my fillings done in one sitting and it was actually really relaxing to be able to fix my dental work in such a quick and concise way. More

Where do I even begin to explain how wonderful this dental office is? I am a single mom of two small kids and life is busy. Not only does this dental office meet my scheduling needs, but they completely welcomed my children along with me. My three-year-old was definitely very nervous but the staff made my kids both feel welcomed and even sent them home with surprises even though they were not the patients today. They included my children and allowed them to be involved in Mommy's dental check-up. They were very informative, very professional, very punctual, and very family-oriented. I will never be looking elsewhere for my dental care. Highly recommended. More

The staff was super friendly and made me feel super comfortable right from the get go. I didn’t have a long wait and I got in right on time for my appointment. Once I was seated the process went very smoothly and I was very impressed with the quality of the work as well as the friendliness of the back staff. They didn’t make me feel dumb or bad about not flossing as much as I should and even gave me some pointers on flossing with my permanent retainer. Over all I left feeling very satisfied and will return for all of my remaining work and yearly cleanings. More

1 word Horrible, My appointment was scheduled for 9:30 am, I arrived at 9:10 am, filled up all the paperwork, thy took a full head x-ray, when I show them which tooth was hurting, they retake 3 x-ray of the tooth before getting it right, at 10:30 a dentist came to see me to explain what they were going to do, at 10:45 the receptionist came to see me to tell me what will be my out of pocket will be and to tell me that there are behind and it will take 45 minutes before the can start working on my tooth, I told them that I had to leave to go to work and I left, never seen anything like this, this place is ridiculous, and I will let know to everyone that I know not to go there. More

New to Texas so went from a recommendation of a friend (Rachael Cunningham ). The appointment was fast-friendly and informative. The hygienist was very nice and though she was a temp that day. I was totally impressed with the equipment and how much it has modernized compared to where I come from. I had been with the same dentist for 42 years.
